In accordance with FAR 6.305(b), this document serves as notification of purchase order 20341520P00014, awarded to New Generation Research, Inc. (DBA The Turnaround Letter), 88 Broad Street, Floor 2, Boston, MA 02110-3403 on a sole source basis for NGR BankruptcyData Database Access in the amount of $50,000 for twelve (12) months. This award was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 for unusual and compelling urgency due to COVID-19, and this notification serves to inform vendors of this award. The awarded Contractor developed and owns the propriety and patented software, algorithms, and work efforts that are used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition; thereby, the Contractor has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition. See the attached Form 1009 for the justification of this sole source purchase with unusual and compelling urgency.
