Synopsis: This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Evoke Neuroscience, Inc pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Soource. The US Marine Corps intends to receive Evox Report Service neurological assessment materials on Camp Lejeune, NC. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 8:00AM 18 August 2017, EST by e-mail to Philip.Pickens@socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
