Synopsis: This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Evoke Neuroscience, Inc pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Soource. The US Marine Corps intends to receive Evox Report Service neurological assessment materials on Camp Lejeune, NC. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 8:00AM 18 August 2017, EST by e-mail to Philip.Pickens@socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
