The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Cell, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to issue an purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Torax Medical, Inc.; 4188 Lexington Avenue, North; Shoreview, MN for various Torax LINX acid reflux management implants and instrumentation consisting of the following items: 1 each LINX LXMC13 3 each LINX LXMC15 4 each LINX LXMC14 1 box LINX sizers, LSS-US This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at linda.m.spindler.civ@mail.mil no later than 15 February 2017, 5.00 PM Eastern Standard time. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
