Special Notice - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247 intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Service Works, Inc. 95 Megill Rd. Farmingdale, NJ 07727-3678. Service Works, Inc. will provide a full-service maintenance agreement for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled service, with replacement parts. The requirement will be sole sourced to Service Works Inc. in order to conform and integrate into already installed security system equipment on leased facility. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 561621 and has a size standard of $20,500,000 for this procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY.
