The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SCIF Alarms, LLC, 10432 Balls Ford Road, Ste 300, Manassas, VA 20109, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USITC requires the annual renewal of the UL 2050 Alarms Certification from SCIF Alarms, LLC. The Commission�s SCIF Alarms System was constructed and secured by SCIF. The IDS for the SCIF must meet requirements of ICD 705 Technical Specifications and UL 2050. The UL 2050 certification requires one company to be responsible for the install, maintenance and monitoring service. SCIF Constructors has closed and transferred its service accounts to SCIF Alarms. SCIF Alarms is issuing UL 2050 Alarm certification and performing alarm monitoring and maintenance service for the USITC. The anticipated award will include a 1-year base year, and 1 option year (24 months). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Myra Lay, Contracting Officer, at myra.lay@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
