The purpose of this RFP is to engage a mechanical and electrical engineering consultant to support VCC’s Broadway Campus Policy Statement and Rezoning process. The work includes conducting background reviews, identifying opportunities and constraints, and completing preliminary site servicing and feasibility assessments for mechanical and electrical systems. As the project advances into rezoning, the consultant will refine these findings into preliminary servicing and infrastructure strategies, assess required utility upgrades, and provide input on sustainability and low-carbon building measures. The consultant will participate in key meetings, coordinate with the broader consultant team, support rezoning submissions, and assist through the public hearing and approval stages.Proposals must be submitted through the College’s online Bonfire portal at:https://vcc.bonfirehub.ca
