The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (SCIC) is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to provide Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) in support of its Oracle Cloud environment. SCIC's enterprise application landscape includes Oracle Fusion ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), which support critical business functions including finance, procurement, human resources, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and integrations. SCIC is seeking a service provider to deliver ongoing technical and functional support, incident and problem management, release and enhancement management, reporting and analytics support, and related advisory services. The successful proponent will be expected to maintain the stability, reliability, and performance of SCIC's Oracle environment while supporting evolving business requirements and organizational priorities. The desired support model will provide access to specialized Oracle expertise, timely resolution of issues, proactive management of Oracle quarterly releases, continuous service improvement, and strategic guidance to optimize system capabilities and business processes. A structured transition approach will be required to ensure continuity of service and minimize disruption to business operations. The successful proponent will work collaboratively with SCIC to support day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, provide technical and functional expertise, and identify opportunities to maximize the value of SCIC's Oracle Cloud investment. Detailed requirements and deliverables are outlined in the RFP documents.
