PANEL, FLOOR, ARMOR

This contract is an indefinite-delivery contract (IDC) under solicitation number SPE7M1-26-U-4293 for the supply of Panel, Floor, Armor with NSN 2510015343859, issued by the Department of Defense’s Maritime Supply Chain through the Defense Logistics Agency. The estimated annual quantity is 19 units, though this is non-binding and subject to issuance of individual delivery orders with a guaranteed minimum of two units. Performance is FOB origin, with inspection and acceptance occurring at destination, and delivery must be completed within 126 days after order issuance. All items must comply with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersedes ASTM D3951 packaging standards, and must be packaged and palletized per RP001 and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Each unit must bear an Item Unique Identification (IUID) as mandated by MIL-STD-130 and DFARS 252.211-7003 to ensure traceability within the DoD inventory system.
