This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2026 Graded Aggregate Seal Coat Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Parkland County requires Graded Aggregate Seal Coat (“GASC”) and Fog Sealing at the following six locations within Parkland County: • D1 - Rge.Rd.15, Hwy 16A to Twp. Rd. 524 – Approximately 4.37km • D2 - Rge.Rd.12, Garden Valley Rd to Twp. Rd. 512 – Approximately 4.84km • D3 - Parkland Drive, Rge. Rd. 25 to Hwy 16 – Approximately 3.16km • D4 - Parkland Drive, Hwy 770 to Rge. Rd. 25 – Approximately 3.7km • D5 - Twp. Rd. 540, Rge. Rd. 280 to Hwy 779 – Approximately 1.17km • D6 - Rge. Rd. 13, Twp. Rd. 534 to Kathmarcam Estates – Approximately 1.39km Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 256,802 hectares (634,571 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living.
