1.1 Scope: It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division of Water to enter into a Universal Term Contract (UTC) for the purchase of OEM Peerless Pump Parts and Repair Services. These parts and services will be used at the Dublin Road Water Plant, Hap Cremean Water Plant and the Parsons Avenue Water Plant for water treatment processes. The proposed contract will be in effect from the date of execution by the City, to and including September 1, 2028. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide Services, repairs and delivery of Peerless Pumps. Bidders are asked to quote discounts off price list/catalog pricing.
