Phase 3 Business Transformation Project

This is an invitational procurement for shortlisted suppliers from RFSQ 0723. Only questions by the following shortlisted suppliers will be responded to. BDO Canada LLP KPMG LLP MNP Digital, Inc. Accenture Inc. Deloitte Inc. Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) Inc. ThoughtStorm Incorporated CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Strathcona Solutions Inc. This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Ministry of Environment’s (ENV) Phase 3 Business Transformation Program. This RFS represents a second stage to the previously awarded qualified suppliers list identified through RFSQ 0723 D365 CRM Support Services. The services required include delivery of new solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and high-level expectations for transition-to-operations and ongoing Application Management Services (AMS), as further described in the RFS Particulars. In Stage One of this procurement, the GOS publicly invited proposals from candidates. An evaluation team consisting of representatives from the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement evaluated proposals received to develop a short list of Bidders who are invited to participate in this, Stage Two of the procurement process. Stage Two will identify a Successful Supplier who will be awarded the Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.
