The District of Mackenzie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of plants and flowers for community gardens and hanging baskets for a two-year term. All plant material must be delivered to the District by the end of May in each contract year (2026 and 2027) to ensure readiness for June planting in the corresponding year. Plants must be provided at a transplantable stage and be of healthy maturity. Desired and quantity of flower and plants are listed included in Appendix C. Subject to satisfactory performance of the services by the successful proponent, the term may be extended, if mutually agreeable, for an additional one (1) year period.
