This document defines the Scope of Work, technical requirements, deliverables, and partnership expectations for the assessment, design, fabrication, delivery, and optional installation of industrial access platforms, catwalk systems, stairs, and associated safety components for the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. SRC is seeking to establish a qualified industrial partnership with an experienced engineering firm, industrial fabricator, or turnkey contractor capable of supporting the initial project scope and potential future requirements related to access-platform and catwalk systems, including design optimization, design-for-manufacturability improvements, fabrication, installation support, modifications, refurbishment, spare-parts supply, and ongoing maintenance support. The scope of work is focused on the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU) and Solvent Extraction Unit (SXU) buildings and includes the development of practical, safe, and maintainable access systems to support operational access, maintenance activities, and designated safety-related personnel movement paths, including egress where specifically identified.
