This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) along with its partners to prequalified Proponents under Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) 8882 to submit proposals for the provision of Project Management and Project Coordination Services (“PM Services”) for a new Joesph A. Remai Saskatoon campus development (the “Project”). The Project is located at Innovation Saskatchewan’s Research and Technology Park in Saskatoon, adjacent to the University of Saskatchewan. The Project will support and strengthen the Innovation Corridor that brings together business, entrepreneurs, students and other institutions to create a centre of excellence in applied learning and research.
Participation process: Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system. All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform. Registration is mandatory to download competition documents, submit questions, receive updates (e.g., amendments, addenda, clarifications) and submit a bid.
