Contractor to provide labor, equipment and facilities for pick up, delivery, storage and occasional repairs to durable medical equipment for delivery to VA beneficiaries residing throughout counties in West Virginia and several nearby counties in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland as requested by the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The contract will begin o/a 10/1/04 and run through 9/30/05 with two option years all subject to the availability of funds. Electronic solicitations will be available from the internet o/a 7/8/04. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Interested parties are required to submit prices and clear and convincing data substantiating their qualifications to satisfy this requirement. Offers are due by close of business on 8/10/04 and should be mailed to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Electronic offers will not be accepted. NAICS code is 532291.
