This is a Market Survey to locate qualified sources to provide Audting Services to the U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration, (ESBA). A Contractor will be required to perform fiduciary compliance andits of the Thrift Savings Plan. The Period of performance will be for one year with four one year option periods. The Government will make one award. The award will not be made to an offeror that also has a contract with the Thrift Savings Investment Board for the performance of financial audits. The contractor will be requird to maintain its principal office of business, for staffing and administering the contract, within either Washington, D.C. Montgomery County, Md. Prince George's County, Md., Arlington, Va., Fairfax, County, Va., Fairfax City, VA., Fall Church, Va., or Alexandria, Va, and this office will have to be staffed with the "Key Personnel" necessary to manage the contract. Offerors expertise and experience should be presented in synopsis of projects previously performed by the source. Each synopsis should indentify the name and address of the client, a description the work performed, the dollar value of the project, the number of personnel on the project, the period of performance, and the name and telephone number of a contact at each client who is knowledgeable about the work performed by the source for that client. Responses to this synopsis should also include a description of the company's technical personnel. An estimate of lead time required to provide on-site a fully trained and experienced staff meeting the combined requirements shall also be included. A statement of whether the respondee is a large or small business and if a small busines under which SIC Codes the respondee is eligible to do business shall be included. The NAICS Code is 541211
