Introduction: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors for the supply of Hearing Implants, including bone induction (bone conduction) hearing implants and cochlear implant systems, along with related components, accessories, and associated services, for use by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), to support safe, effective, and continuous patient care, in accordance with the requirements set out in this document. Scope of Product and Services: The scope includes, but is not limited to: Implant systems and external components Accessories and replacement parts Associated services, support, and warranty offerings Associated services may include, but are not limited to, clinical training, technical support, software updates, and lifecycle support for implant systems for the duration of the contract term.
