The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) administers several federally funded weatherization programs including the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP), and DOE WAP Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), and must follow certain environmental laws, including the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). CSD seeks to identify a highly qualified Environmental Services Contractor (¿Contractor¿) to perform professional cultural resource services for residential weatherization projects throughout the State of California to support CSD¿s Local Service Provider Network. The anticipated maximum amount for services under this procurement is $1,900,000, with an estimated contract term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. CSD reserves the right to amend the Contract for up to one additional year, and/or to add funding, upon notice to, and agreement by the Contractor. Should CSD amend this Contract to extend the term, the proposed rates or prices shall remain the same as specified in the original proposal. All terms and conditions shall remain the same unless changes are mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and CSD and incorporated into the amendment.
