Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to interested Suppliers for a Payment Platform Solution. The University is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding modern, secure, and scalable payment platform solutions. The objective is to identify vendors capable of supporting a broad range of vendor payment types (e.g., interac e-transfers, wire transfers, international payments, including Automated Clearing House (ACH)) across domestic and international markets. The intent of these informal follow-up virtual discussion is to obtain feedback from Suppliers and to assist the University in developing a more accurate Scope of Work and overall approach for the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Payment Platform Solution. The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Supplier and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs). Suppliers are expected to provide a written response to the RFI topics. The University may, at its discretion, may request an informal follow-up virtual discussion and demonstration with a select number of Suppliers to better understand their responses. The University anticipates spending about sixty (60) minutes on each virtual call. The content requirements and topics are listed in Section 3.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com. Fees may apply; See https://www.merx.com/public/pricing for more information.
