The District of Port Hardy is seeking proposals for the development of wayfinding signage. The proponent will provide professional services for the planning, design, consultation, coordination, and implementation support of a comprehensive community wayfinding and digital mapping system for the District of Port Hardy. The project will integrate physical wayfinding signage and digital mapping of locations, trails, and community services for display on physical notice boards, the municipal website, and interactive kiosks throughout the community.A core objective of this project is to reflect the cultural, environmental, and community identity of Port Hardy, including respectful and meaningful collaboration with the Kwakiutl First Nation, on whose traditional territory Port Hardy is located.
