North Island College (NIC) is requesting proposals for Landscaping Services at the Comox Valley Campus and Student Housing grounds.The purpose of this RFP is to identify a supplier to provide Landscaping services as required and specified for the main campus grounds located at 2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay, BC, as well as the grounds of the two student housing buildings located at the same campus at 2382 and 2370 Ryan Road.The term for Services will be for three (3) years, with an opportunity to extend for an additional three (3) year term.Mandatory Information Meeting and site tour: Thursday February 5, 2026 10:00 am Foyer of Komoux Hall, Comox Valley Campus 2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay BC V9N 8N6
