Mono County seeks proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to complete a housing element update, related rezoning, coordination with the Regional Transportation Plan, and all necessary environmental review as required under State law, in a manner consistent with the Regional Housing Needs Allocation Cycle 7 (RHNA 7) planning period (2027-2035).
Concurrently, the County will update its Housing Mitigation Ordinance (HMO) and seeks proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to update the 2019 fee study. The fee study update should incorporate all residential and non-residential development, and use the existing methodology to calculate impacts as Inclusionary Units and in-lieu, per-square-foot fees.
