HUDSON NHRFQ 2026-02MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL SOFTWAREThe purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors to provide financial software for the Town of Hudson, NH. The Town is located in the southern tier of New Hampshire with a population of approximately 25,500 residents. It is an SB2 town operating under a Town Administrator/Board of Selectmen (5) form of government and provides a full range of municipal services, including police, fire, public works, water, sewer, planning and development, recreation, and general government services with an annual budget of approximately 48 million dollars. The Town of Hudson, NH, is seeking qualifications-based proposals from experienced vendors for an integrated financial software solution and its related installation, configuration, data conversion/migration, implementation, training, and commissioning of the software, including development of user acceptance training, system integration, and connectivity to existing resources and ongoing maintenance, training, and support. The goal is to implement centralized and optimized financial software to record, make reports, develop historical analysis, and provide forecasting for future decision-making. Proposals to provide accounting software are expected to include Budgeting, Payroll, Utility Billing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipting, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and other activities typical of a municipality.
