The City of Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking qualifications for the City of Georgetown Information Technology Needs Assessment and Strategic Plan. All addenda and Q&A posted in the “Public Purchase” portal, if any, shall be considered in preparing a submission, and such addenda shall be made a part of this Request for Qualifications. Before submitting a response, it is incumbent upon each respondent to be informed as to whether any addenda have been issued. Failure to cover in the submission any such addenda may result in disqualification of that response. No interpretation of the meaning of the Request for Qualifications documents will be made to any respondent orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the “Public Purchase” portal linked here: http://www.publicpurchase.com/. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the “Public Purchase” portal. Failure of any respondent to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such respondent from any obligation under their bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the RFQ and/or contract documents. All questions related to registration for and use of the “Public Purchase” portal shall be directed to Karyn Leverenz at karyn.leverenz@georgetownky.gov.
