General Notice
Avoyelles Parish Police Jury (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Road District No. 2
2026 Roadway Improvements
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Avoyelles Parish Court House, 2nd Floor, Meeting Room located at 312 N. Main Street, Marksville, LA 71351, until June 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction and/or asphaltic concrete overlay of multiple roads or portions of roads within the Avoyelles Parish Road District No. 2 boundaries.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Delta Engineering Group, LLC 1221 Cocoville Road P.O. Box 8 Mansura, LA 71350 (318) 739-0145 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. and Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $200 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $100 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Delta Engineering Group, LLC.
Bidding Documents may also be obtained and Bids submitted electronically for the Project at the following designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Designated Website: www.CentralAuctionHouse.com Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office and the designated website.
