The procurement is to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items necessary to perform services that shall be done on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis. Contractor is responsible for the following locations at the Manhattan campus 10 West (square footage 12,500), 6 West (square footage 12,000), North Square (square footage 9,000), South Square (open 7 days a week, square footage 12,000). Annex, personnel, I.G. and Engineering square footage is 55,000 square feet. Total footage for the VA Medical Center is 100,500 square feet. The contract period is base year from Date of Award thru September 30, 2009 and 4 year options, subject to the availability of funds. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract.
