This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Social Services, to prospective proponents to provide submissions to provide Group Living Home residential and/or Day Program services for clients with intellectual disabilities. The Successful Supplier(s) will provide one or more of the requested services that will assist four individuals in a Group Living Home and three of these individuals in a Day Program in Saskatoon, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The GOS will consider proposals from both non-profit and for-profit third-party service providers, eligible to be registered with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan.
