Seeking qualified proponent to submit a design build proposal for the demolition of the existing timber pile wharf and the construction of a new timber pile wharf, with a new and expanded floating dock system, with an accessible kayak launch and to upgrade the existing precast concrete boat launch as detailed in the attached RFP at Sawpit wharf, Garden Lots, Lunenburg County.
