The contract for machine screws, identified under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-T-51J7, requires the delivery of 26 packages, each containing 50 screws, to DLA Distribution Warner Robins, located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The delivery schedule specifies a period of 171 days after the order date, with a required delivery date by October 1, 2026, and a need ship date by November 8, 2026. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination site, with the contractor responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards such as MIL-STD-1916 for sampling and inspection, and the government retaining final acceptance authority. The contract incorporates a range of special provisions and federal acquisition clauses addressing cybersecurity, compliance, and quality control. Notably, the contractor must comply with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements, including submission of assessment scores to the Supplier Performance Risk System and flowing down these requirements to subcontracts except for commercial off-the-shelf items. Additional clauses include requirements for hazardous material labeling, employment eligibility verification, combating trafficking in persons, and restrictions on acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment. The contract uses FOB origin shipping terms, requires invoice submission via WAWF, and mandates adherence to multiple standards covering packaging, marking, and inspection. Offerors must submit quotations electronically through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the specified deadline. The contract also outlines reporting and marking requirements for government property, removal of government identification from rejected supplies, and compliance with sampling plans and quality assurance provisions to ensure defect-free acceptance of delivered hardware built to the current part standard MS35214-47.
