Solicitation for Pepsi Cans and Bottles support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in Delaware - Dover AFBThe Department of Defense's DLA Troop Support has issued a Request for Information to gather comments and feedback regarding its planned procurement of Pepsi cans and bottles to supply military personnel, specifically targeting troops in Delaware at Dover Air Force Base. This RFI serves as a market research tool to assist the Agency in developing a future solicitation and possible indefinite quantity contract(s) with commercial suppliers. There is no current solicitation or commitment to award, and the Government will not compensate respondents for costs incurred in providing information. Respondents are encouraged to complete and submit the attached questionnaire by May 21, 2026. The future contract is intended to cover the delivery of Pepsi products exclusively, with strict requirements for commercial standards related to the proper temperature maintenance of items. Offerors responding to the upcoming solicitation will be required to propose on all items listed in Group 1, and failure to meet quality or completeness requirements may render a proposal unacceptable. The Agency plans to award a single contract to supply military customers in Delaware and requires proposals to be highly competitive and responsive. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI to help shape the solicitation, with submissions to be emailed to the designated points of contact by the specified deadline.

Coca-Cola Beverage Products for OahuThe Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Indo-Pacific is conducting market research via a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified and responsible commercial distributors capable of supplying a full line of Coca-Cola Beverage Products to Department of Defense and authorized non-DoD customers on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This effort aims to explore potential future acquisition of a long-term agreement to ensure consistent availability and delivery of Coca-Cola products to military installations and other authorized locations across the island. Responding vendors must be direct distributors, not third-party logistics providers, and must hold all relevant licenses and certifications, including a valid Coca-Cola Exclusive Distributor License for the Oahu area. The RFI seeks input on vendors' experience in beverage distribution, logistical capabilities, warehousing, delivery strategies, and their approach to maintaining product quality and compliance. Responses are voluntary and intended for planning purposes only, without any guarantee of contract award. Interested parties should submit capability statements and relevant feedback by June 25, 2026, providing insight that will help shape the eventual contract requirements. This initiative is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 312111 and follows applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations related to market research and commercial acquisition.

This is a Solicitation notice regarding a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles contract intended for servicing customers located in the states of Washington & Idaho. Offers are due No Later Than 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, 11 May 2026. Background: The Agency intends to issue an award and ultimately enter into one (1) Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (“SIDC”) with a commercial firm to supply Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles products to military customers in the states of Washington & Idaho. 1. Customers are One Group: Washington & Idaho DoD Customers. 2. These include Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles Products. The freshness requirement of the product being delivered may not be compromised. 3. The offeror’s distance from the delivery location is very important. The offeror must be capable of delivering product to arrive at the delivery location the same day for emergency orders if necessary. 4. Commercial standards should be used to maintain temperatures appropriate for the individual items. When proposing in response to a solicitation, failure to propose the specified quality requirement per item as identified above may render an offeror’s proposal technically unacceptable. This will consist of DoD/Troop customers in Washington & Idaho. After soliciting, the Agency intends to make one award. Offerors are required to propose on all items in the Schedule of Items on which it offers. Failure to do so may result in a proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and therefore excluded from further consideration for award. Because the Contracting Officer is not obligated to initiate negotiations, when proposing to the solicitation each offeror shall submit its most competitive proposal. Said proposal shall be responsive to all of the Solicitation’s requirements and free from any deficiencies. The period of performance for the resultant contract is from June 7, 2026, to June 7, 2028. All responsible sources must submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
