HOMESTEAD BAK 12/14 AIRCRAFT ARRESTING SYSTEM. The proposed procurement is full and open competition (unrestricted) under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. Please note that business size in SAM.gov is determined by the NAICS code. If the vendor size is not listed correctly for a particular NAICS code in sam.gov, the business will be considered other than a small business. This project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. The magnitude of construction is between $5M and $10M. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. This is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) design-bid-build (DBB) construction contract utilizing the best value tradeoff request for proposal (RFP) IAW RFO 15.103-1.Offerors must comply with the requirements of RFO 52.204-7 and 52.232-33, and any other contractor registration and online representations and certification requirements in this solicitation through the system for award management (SAM), available at https://sam.gov/. Please note: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users. Amendments will be available from the website by download only.
