The project requires the contractor to perform on-site installation and programming at a remote U.S. Navy operational site in Japan. While the Navy will provide local transit from the mainland and on-site lodging and meals, the contractor is responsible for travel to mainland Japan and must ensure personnel are eligible for SOFA status and SPOT processing. Interested authorized Motorola partners must submit a capability statement by September 1, 2026, confirming their ability to provide both the hardware and OCONUS services as an open market procurement.
