Specialized Instructor

A specialized instructor is sought to support U.S. security and rule of law objectives in Guinea by working directly with Guinean police and security institutions to enhance their capacity to counter violent extremism and transnational organized crime. The role involves designing and delivering training programs that improve information sharing, investigative techniques, and institutional cooperation among local law enforcement agencies, while serving as a critical liaison between U.S. officials and Guinean counterparts to address regional security threats and instability. The position is based in Conakry and is part of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs under the Department of State, with the contract designated for small business concerns under SBA set-aside provisions and classified under NAICS code 541611 for management consulting services.
