Sturgeon County Utility and Waste Management Services (UWMS) has completed a Facilities and Linear Infrastructure Condition Assessment (FLICA) for all infrastructure owned and operated by UWMS. The purpose of the FLICA was to achieve an understanding of the current condition of all UWMS infrastructure as the first step in an overall asset management plan. The County requires a qualified engineering consultant to provide engineering design and project management. The County requires a plan for a facility repair/improvement by addressing key facility structural, electrical, building mechanical, process mechanical, and instrumentation and control condition flags identified in the FLICA.
