NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (post on sam.gov as a special notice) Requisition Number: M-24-A34-R-000146 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for a Surveillance Trailer Maintenance Service. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with 4 option years. The total estimated value is less than $30,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement and FAR 5.202(a)(1) as it is Law Enforcement Sensitive. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
