Terrace Campground Service Centre Replacement Project Scope: The work will involve the demolition of the existing Terrace Service Centre (780 ft2) and the construction of two (2) new four-bay, seasonal, metal clad, wood framed Service Centers on a reinforced concrete slab foundations (2 x 360 ft2). The work will also involve related mechanical, electrical installations and civil/site development work A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 15, 2026 as further outlined in section 3.2.3 of the RFB.
