Full Description

The Good Samaritan Society is requesting bids from interested Commissioning Agents that are wanting to provide services during the construction of the new build of our GSS West Village project in Edmonton. Commissioning is a systematic process of ensuring that all building systems, both static and operational, perform interactively according to the design intent and the Owner’s operational needs. This is achieved by documenting design intent and continuing through construction, acceptance and the warranty period with actual verification of performance. The commissioning process shall encompass and coordinate the traditionally separate functions of system documentation, equipment start-up, control system calibration, testing and balancing, performance testing and operating and maintenance staff training.
