Tenders are now being accepted for the following water capital project in the Town of Carrot River to be completed in June 2024. Replace 150m of 150mm ductile iron water line with 150mm HDPE water line via directional drilling. Replace one 150mm Mueller Valve and one 150mm tee Five Service Connections Install connection from existing 8" C900 water line to new 150mm HDPE water line. Install connection from existing 150mm C900 water line to new 150mm HDPE water line. All serviced residents affected must be provided with temporary services while work is being done. Asphalt and concrete to be hauled away, street returned to curb level with .5m of gravel surface, all lines require proper sand bedding. Complete maps are available of contract area. All work must be completed by June 15, 2024. Please submit your bid to the Town of Carrot River by June 4, 2024 at 12:00pm by email or fax.
