The University of Toronto (“the University”) is seeking responses to this RFP from pre-qualified Architects participating in the Vendor of Record program for professional services relating to the design and construction of the Tribology lab at the St. George campus (the “Project”). To support the establishment of a new research program specializing in tribology, renovations are required within the Rosebrugh (RS) Building at 164 College Street on the St. George campus.
