The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a noncompetitive award to the Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH), for an annual Affiliate Membership to HAH at the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System. This procurement is a sole source award under FAR 6.302-1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
