UNIT 4 CELL 5 GEOSYNTHETIC MATERIALS

The County is seeking to procure geosynthetic materials, including geosynthetic clay liners (GCL), 60-mil high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and geocomposite, for the construction of the base liner in the upcoming Cell 5 at Unit 4. This purchase aims to secure the necessary materials ahead of the actual liner construction to avoid potential schedule delays related to material availability. The construction phase itself will be addressed through a separate solicitation, with anticipated work starting between October and November 2026.
