This posting has been extended, please see Amendment 0002. The RRBs Bureau of Hearings and Appeals requires nationwide video teleconferencing (VTC) services for the RRB to conduct hearings in order to provide an appropriate alternative to in-person hearings. (For the purposes of this solicitation, "nationwide" is defined as the lower 48 states, not to include Hawaii or Alaska). The RRB intends to award a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement or purchase order to an offeror who can provide nationwide services and a facility, to the RRB (Please note: This is not a requirements contract). The RRB requires the vendor to have many locations throughout the 48 states with the goal of enabling the RRB claimants to travel a minimal distance to the vendors sites. The RRB's goal is to not have appellants travel more than 90 miles (150 miles for rural areas). These sites should be able to connect to the hearings room in the RRB Headquarters Office. The RRB historically has used approximately 85 hours per year on held VTC services. (Please see Section V of the solicitation regarding vendor question submission process).
