Wheatland County is procuring professional consulting services to support an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Migration Discovery and Preparation initiative (RFP 2026WCPSMD). The purpose of this engagement is to prepare the County for the replacement of its current ERP system, which is approaching end-of-life, by completing discovery, requirements definition, and ERP solution selection planning (see Introduction and Purpose & Scope of Work). The successful proponent will document current business processes and systems, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, define and prioritize ERP requirements, conduct ERP market research, and prepare the County to issue and evaluate a future ERP solution RFP. The engagement includes support for RFP development, evaluation, and vendor selection but does not include ERP software implementation (see Consultant Responsibilities and Deliverables). Proposals must be submitted electronically as a single PDF by February 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM MST, in accordance with the submission and communication requirements outlined in the General Instructions section
