West Texas VA Health Care System Seeking to Lease Space The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease 11,205 to 11,765 net usable square feet of contiguous space located in Hobbs, NM. The Space shall be in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences, for occupancy on or about October 1, 2019 for a term of 20 years, 10 years firm-term. Lease space shall be used for a WTVAHCS Community Based Outpatient Clinic, with a clinical setting. To be considered, space must be within or boarding the delineated area as follows: North: West Alabama St South: US Hwy 180 East: Hwy 132 West: Hwy 483 A market survey of properties offered for lease was conducted by the VA.
