To be considered for a sole-source award, your business must first be certified as an 8(a) participant.
Standard Requirements
- Be a small disadvantaged business.
- Be at least 51% owned by a U.S. citizen who is socially and economically disadvantaged.
- Have a personal net worth of less than $850,000.
