Mobile Application Developer

CLEATUS builds AI agents that help government contractors plan and execute their work. We’re looking for someone who has shipped a mobile app or game and helped it reach real users.
English required: 4 out of 6 or higher.
You must be comfortable discussing your work and collaborating in English. Write your application answers and record your video in English.
What you’ll own
- Mobile features, onboarding, and the user experience.
- App launches, analytics, and experiments that improve retention.
- Paid or organic acquisition, with results you can measure.
Before you apply
You will answer questions about your English proficiency, published apps, and paid-campaign experience. Have your LinkedIn profile, an app link, and your video ready. No account or résumé upload is required.
Record one video in English, five minutes or less:
- Introduce yourself on camera. Share your background, interests, and why you want to join CLEATUS.
- Share your screen and walk through an app or game you shipped. Explain your contribution, a key user flow, and how you got users.
Both parts are required. Casual recording is fine. A project trailer alone is not enough.
What happens next
Verify your email and submit once. Our hiring team reviews your answers and video together. Automated scoring helps organize applications; a person makes the hiring decision.
