CLEATUS is an AI-native agentic platform transforming the legacy government contracting industry. We're applying frontier AI to automate the entire capture-to-proposal lifecycle, so small and midsize businesses can compete with the big primes. Computer science degree required (or equivalent excellence)

We require a computer science degree or equivalent excellence demonstrated through exceptional engineering work. The profile we're chasing is simple: you built and shipped a mobile app or game, and then you got real users on it. That last part is everything. Plenty of people can ship an app. Figuring out how to actually acquire users, testing creative, buying installs profitably, growing a product from zero, is the rarest and most valuable skill you can bring us. Show us the app you shipped and the users you got on it: real installs, real retention, real revenue.

What You'll Own

You'll own the app end-to-end, from the build to the users on it (and at a startup, you'll touch everything).

App Development & UX

• Build and ship mobile app features fast, and own the quality of what ships
• Design and iterate the onboarding and activation flow, the make-or-break moment for mobile
• Own the app's UX: flows, screens, and the details that decide retention

User Acquisition & Creative

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads
• Produce and test ad creative at high velocity (video, static, UGC, hooks), and kill losers fast
• Own the store presence: screenshots, listings, and A/B tests that move install rates

Growth Engineering

• Run A/B tests and conversion optimization across install, onboarding, and the full funnel with PostHog
• Build lifecycle campaigns and user journeys that turn installs into active, paying users
• Use agentic engineering tools (Claude Code, autonomous loops) to build the machine that builds the machine

Skills & Qualifications

• You've shipped a mobile app or game and gotten real users on it yourself, this is the profile we want most
• Hands-on with at least one mobile stack (native iOS or Android, React Native, or Flutter)
• Experience running paid acquisition (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads) for an app or game, professional or serious personal projects
• Experience with onboarding, activation, and lifecycle, you know acquiring a user is only half the battle
• Fluent in the numbers: installs, CPI, ROAS, retention, cohorts
• Able to ship, test, and own the app and its campaigns end-to-end

What We Want to See

Show us an app you actually shipped and grew:

• An app you shipped and got users on - you built it, launched it, and grew it with real users
• Growth you drove yourself - the campaigns or organic pushes you ran and the numbers they moved (installs, CPI, revenue)
• UX you owned - flows and screens you designed and iterated, not just implemented

Examples: a mobile app you built and grew from zero, a game you ran user acquisition for, a side project you scaled on a budget.

Stand out even more if you've driven measurable traction: app downloads, paying users, or revenue generated.

• Personal introduction: Introduce yourself on camera. Tell us about your background, interests, and why you want to join CLEATUS.
• Work walkthrough: Share your screen and briefly walk us through an app or game you shipped. Explain what you personally built, show a key user flow, and describe how you got users and the results.
• Both your introduction and work walkthrough are required in the same video.
• Language: English
• Casual is fine, content matters more than polish

Submit a shareable Loom, YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link in the Your video step of the application form.

Enable link access. A project trailer or portfolio video alone does not meet this requirement.
