What we collect

CLEATUS collects your name, verified email, city and country, LinkedIn profile link, app link, English proficiency rating, app publication and paid-campaign experience, written answers, and application video link. We record when you submit and acknowledge this notice. We do not request identity documents, birth dates, payment details, or a résumé upload.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your application and contact you about the role. Written answers are processed by our configured artificial intelligence provider to suggest a match score. A person makes hiring decisions. The scoring service does not watch your video or open your links.

Where it goes

Authorized hiring team members review answers and video links in a restricted Attio recruiting list. Your name and email also appear on shared contact records in our company workspace. Internal hiring review messages contain your name and a link to the restricted list, without your video URL or score. Our hosting, email verification, bot protection, storage, and artificial intelligence providers process information needed to provide these services. Your information may be processed outside your country.

Videos remain with the hosting service you choose. We store the link, not a downloaded copy. Use an unlisted or appropriately shared video, and do not include confidential information.

Optional saved drafts

If you enable draft saving, this browser stores your answers and links so you can return later. Anyone using this browser can read them. Use this option only on a private device. Drafts expire seven days after the last save and are removed when you next open the application. You can clear a draft or turn off saving at any time. Submission removes the saved draft. We do not save verification codes, security tokens, or privacy acknowledgments in browser storage.

Storage and access

Verification codes expire after 20 minutes. Submitted answers remain in a private delivery queue until saved to Attio. We then remove that extra answer copy. Application records remain in the recruiting system until the hiring team removes them. Staging tests accept fictional example.com addresses and expire after one hour.

The application form is excluded from automatic interaction capture and masked from session recordings.

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Email support@cleat.ai from the address used in your application. Include your application reference if available. You can request access, correction, deletion, or human review of your application. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
