Most agencies post on CLEATUS in addition to their primary portal (BidNet Direct, DemandStar, Bonfire, IonWave, PlanetBids, Public Purchase, Vendor Registry, OpenGov, etc.), the agency website, and email lists. Suppliers click through to your official submission instructions; you retain control of the procurement process.

Those networks generally rely on agency-paid distribution or supplier-paid access for full reach. CLEATUS keeps both sides free: agencies post at no cost, and suppliers do not pay to view or respond to your opportunities. Most agencies use CLEATUS alongside (not instead of) their existing platform to expand bidder reach without adding cost.

CLEATUS is a posting and supplier-matching network. Your agency continues to use its own e-procurement system (or none) for the official record. Think of CLEATUS as a free distribution layer on top of whatever you already use, with automatic NAICS, set-aside, and geography-based supplier matching.

Most agencies are publishing their first opportunity within 15 minutes of the kickoff call. We help you set up your agency profile, walk through your first posting, and configure supplier matching to your typical categories.

By default, suppliers click through to your official submission instructions. If you'd like CLEATUS to collect submissions directly (locked deadlines, timestamped receipts, addenda acknowledgment, and exportable audit records), ask our team about the e-bid pilot during your setup call.
