Strategic priorities include modernizing aging infrastructure, enhancing building system reliability, and supporting long-term facility sustainability through targeted capital improvements. The agency’s primary procurement focus is narrowly aligned with commercial and institutional building construction, particularly electrical systems integration, suggesting a need for contractors skilled in high-demand infrastructure upgrades. There is no indication of set-aside preferences or targeted diversity initiatives in available data, and vendor relationships appear to be driven by technical competency, regulatory compliance, and past performance rather than socioeconomic categorization.
